Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with your order, you can easily return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange for any of the following reasons:
- Size mismatch
- Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered

Guidelines
To keep the process smooth, please follow these guidelines:
- 1Inform us within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
- 2Ship the product back via Sundarban Courier or SA Paribahan.
- 3The product must be unused and clean.
- 4Exchange is only available for the same model (different size or color).
- 5After we receive the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
